What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first visit to Dr. Tucci establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information and give you time to get to know us. We will review both your medical and dental history, diagnose your oral health condition and will explain and discuss all of your treatment options. If you are experiencing any pain or discomfort, every effort will be made to relieve the situation at the initial visit. In order to more accurately assess treatment modalities that are appropriate for you we ask that you bring the following pieces of information with you to the initial visit at our office:

• Any recent records and x-rays from your previous dentist
• A list of medications you are presently taking and their dosages
• A list of any allergies that you may have
• Your pharmacy's address and phone number;
• Your dental insurance card or a completed dental insurance form
